Formatges de cervesa artesans de la manera tradicional menorquina però amb diferents components afegits durant el procés per donar-li aroma i gust a cervesa.
Abans de quallar la llet s'afegeixen flors de llúpol alemany per aportar aromes florals i d'herba i un lleuger gust amarg. Un cop el formacle és a la camara de maduració, on reposarà per un mínim de 60 dies, se li van fent fregues amb una barreja d'oli, malta d'ordi de les elaboracions de cervesa i cervesa negra de tipus Stout de la fàbrica de cervesa Grahame Pearce.
