The Czech Pilsner style originated in 1842 in the Czech Republic and quickly became the most consumed type of beer to this day. It is an ideal beer designed for the summer.
Unlike the Grahame Pearce Lager, here we find a lighter body where the balance between the malts and the hops tips the scales towards the floral and herbaceous intensity of the classic Czech Saaz hop, with a subtly more intense bitterness.
Con esta cerveza hemos querido dar protagonismo a los aromas del lúpulo. Mediante la técnica de “Dry Hopping” o lúpulo en seco, hemos añadido una mezcla de lúpulos checos y alemanes directamente al fermentador para potenciar los toques florales, cítricos y herbáceos que nos aportan estas variedades de lúpulo.
De cuerpo ligero, rica en aromas y refrescante. Encontramos sutiles toques de cereales y pan aportados por la combinación de maltas pálidas balanceados por la amargura prominente del lúpulo checo Saaz que aporta la frescura necesaria y nos aporta notas florales y herbáceas.
