HISTORY OF
THE BEER
Originally from the north of England, this is a very popular style with a long history in the United Kingdom. In our case we wanted to imitate one of the most famous Brown Ales in England, the Newcastle Brown Ale. Nowadays it is in decline as they start using caramel syrups to reduce costs, but originally it was a classic example of an English Brown Ale.
In this beer the main protagonists are the malts where the aromas of cookie, caramel and toffee stand out. With a light bitterness but I refer that helps to make the beer more drinkable. Our tribute to the British brewing tradition by producing a 100% English beer at
Menorca.
