TASTING NOTE: Grahame Pearce's Brown Ale Beer has light and sweet aromas of caramelized malts and light notes of toffee and caramel. The British Fuggles hops provide a light floral and earthy touch.
Reddish-brown in color with light brown foam. On the palate, the malts stand out, providing flavors of biscuit, sponge cake, toffee and a soft touch of chocolate. The bitterness is medium and without predominance over the malt.

HISTORY OF
THE BEER
Originally from the north of England, this is a very popular style with a long history in the United Kingdom. In our case, we wanted to imitate one of the most famous Brown Ales in England, which is Newcastle's. It has declined currently since they are starting to use caramel syrups to reduce costs, but originally it was a classic example of an English Brown Ale.
In this beer, the main protagonists are the malts, where aromas of biscuit, caramel and toffee stand out. With a slight bitterness that helps to make the beer more drinkable. Our tribute to the British brewing tradition by producing a 100% English beer in
