The ITALIAN GRAPE ALE style is a type of beer that originated in Italy in the 1990s, thus reviving a very particular brewing tradition with a wide variety of fruity nuances, taking into account the use of the Parellada grape in this case.
The malt character is tempered by the fruity and floral aromas provided by the various grape varieties added in the brewing process and by the hop blends that add freshness.
Italian Grape Ale has a medium-high carbonation and a low to medium body. Generally, its acidity is pleasant and helps to increase the dryness.
