HISTORY OF
THE BEER

The ITALIAN GRAPE ALE style is a type of beer that originated in Italy in the 90s, thus reviving a very particular brewing tradition with a great variety of fruity nuances, taking into account the use of the Parellada grape, in this case.

The character of the malt is attenuated by the fruity and floral aromas provided by the various varieties of grapes added in the production and by the combinations of hops that provide freshness.

The Italian Grape Ale has a medium-high carbonation and a low to medium body. In general, its acidity is pleasant and helps to increase the sensation of dryness.
