This beer was conceived in collaboration with BEaBeer from Barcelona, where together we wanted to create a reinterpretation of the POMADA or GIN WITH LEMONADE.

Taking the recipe of a classic English Pale Ale as a base, characterised by the balance between the malts and the bitterness of the hops, we wanted to introduce the main characteristics of Menorca's most typical summer drink: the citrus of lemon and the astringency of Gin Xoriguer.

To achieve these characteristics, we have flavoured it with orange and lemon peels, cardamom and original juniper from the Gin Xoriguer distillery. These aromas, together with its high alcohol content, combine to give shape to our approximation of the pomada in the form of a refreshing and aromatic beer with the flavour of gin.
