HISTORY OF
THE BEER
This beer has been created in collaboration with the Barcelona-based company BEaBeerwhere together we wanted to make a reinterpretation of the POMADA O GIN CON LLIMONADA.
Based on the recipe of a classic English Pale Ale, characterized by the balance between the malts and the bitterness of the hops, we wanted to introduce the main characteristics of the most typical Minorcan summer drink: the citrus of the lemon and the astringency of Gin Xoriguer gin.
To achieve these characteristics we have flavored it with orange and lemon peels, cardamom and original juniper from the Gin Xoriguer distillery. These aromas along with its high alcohol content, combine to shape our approach to pomade in the form of refreshing and aromatic beer and gin flavor.
