TASTING NOTE
Visually, it stands out for its opaque orange-brown color and creamy foam that makes us imagine the appearance of prehistoric brews.
On the nose, the aromas of rosemary and chamomile stand out first, but as time goes by, the aromas of mugwort, teme, honey and cereals emerge and take center stage in this dance of aromatic herbs.
Once in the mouth it has a light body with a moderate effervescence that helps to better taste the different flavors of which predominates the most woody part of rosemary and dread, which then leave to the appearance of chamomile and mugwort.
The finish is dry and clean, rounding off the drink of this beverage, very different from the beers of the 21st century, but very pleasant to taste and encouraging repetition.
