The initial aromas are predominantly rosemary and chamomile, but as time passes, the scents of artemisia, thyme, honey, and cereals emerge and take center stage in this aromatic herbal dance.
On the palate, it has a light body with moderate effervescence, which helps to better taste the different flavors. The woodier notes of rosemary and thyme predominate, giving way to chamomile and artemisia.
The finish is dry and clean, rounding out the sip of this beverage, which is very different from 21st-century beers, but with a very pleasant taste that encourages you to repeat.
