TASTING NOTE: As in any current IPA, the malt profile is completely hidden by the beastly amounts of hops we have added. However, it has enough body to withstand so much hops and make the bitterness more rounded. The appearance is opaque, with a whitish and very dense foam.

The nose first highlights the aromas of pine and green fruits like apple and pear contributed mainly by the Simcoe and Nelson Sauvin hops, but gradually as the beer warms up the more tropical tones of sweet fruit and citrus are appearing more strongly reminiscent of passion fruit and pineapple.

An intense, round bitterness arrives on the palate, but rounds out with each sip as the palate becomes accustomed to the bitterness present. The sweetness of the wheat and the light caramel from the caramelized malt give it enough body and at the same time help to mitigate the bitterness. Mouthfeel ranges from pine resin to passion fruit and pineapple. Finishing with a vegetal yet mellow aftertaste.
